relevant positions in BBVA as legal manager and secretary of the board of
directors. He has been a member of the distribution committee of UNESPA,
managed lawsuits and claims, carried out complex negotiations (bank
assurance agreements, mergers and acquisitions integration processes),
and provided advice in the drafting, negotiating and review of policies and
B2C, B2B and B2BC contracts. Advised on digital projects, distance selling,
and advertising review.
